A rich robust porter brewed with black and chocolate malts. Aged in Bourbon barrels from Hillrock Estate Distillery in Ancram, NY--a distillery that grows & malts their own barley. Hillrock uses the "Solera" method which keeps bourbon in the barrel for over 7 years, infusing our Porter with delicious, smooth, small-batch bourbon flavor.
