The solstice heralds in summer. Solstice Weiss is gently brewed, in the time honored tradition, using 60% malted wheat and a triple fermentation. This is a true Bavarian style Weiss bier. “Weiss” means white in Bavaria, which refers to the yeast that remains in our unfiltered bier. Note the brilliant white froth and subdued golden hue.
