Southern Lands is our third in the series of 100% Brett Trois fermented beers. A super-juicy take on a traditional IPA with an intense pineapple character. We gave it a big dose of Centennial & Calypso hops, so it sports a big tropical/grapefruity hop nose and flavor. Why isn't it sour/musty/horse blankety?
