The second in a series of three unique beers. Immediately after brewing, we run this crisp, medium-bodied, garnet red pale ale through our hopback to infuse bold flavors and aromas from spring-inspired botanicals, vegetables and fruit. Each of the three batches will use a different local ingredient -- in this case, rhubarb sourced from Beth’s Farm Kitchen, Stuyvesant NY -- Amarillo and New Zealand Pacific Gem hops, and will be limited to 30 barrels.
