Our award winning American IPA, Moonshadow has a deep gold/orange hue and features a large dose of American hops for both bittering, flavor and aroma. We then dry-hop it in the fermenter to add even more hop aroma and flavor. The result is a balanced beer with crisp bitterness and a mouthful of hops that finish with flavors of citrus and grapefruit. At 7.4%, it also packs a bit of a punch. Try it with spicy foods like our famous Buffalo Chicken Pizza.
