Originating from Saint Stefanus, the Augustinian order in Ghent, this high fermented ale is brewed with 3 different yeasts and refermented in the bottle. Each bottle is then matured for a minimum of 3 months before cellar release and will continue maturing until opened, allowing the distinctive flavours to develop.
