Alt means “old” in German. It is an old world German Ale. The Sticke refers to a higher gravity, a special Alt version that breweries reserved for celebrations or special occasions. It has an aroma of German specialty malts and BRONZEherbal hops. The darker malts are noticeable in the flavor of the beer finishes with a lasting bitterness.
