Once a year we have the special opportunity to brew with hops the same day they are harvested, while they are still wet from the vine. The late summer rain allowed for the perfect maturation of essential oils in the hops that contribute to its aroma. This beer has a mellow bitterness that sets the stage for a grassy, earthy, and citrusy palate. Available late September-mid October.
