Yeah, so about “styles”… we like to break them. This big boy weighs in at around 12% ABV. We achieve this by doping it up with 3 different types of sugar. Hey, if it was good enough for the monks, it’s good enough for us. It’s basically an all-you-can-eat buffet for the Belgian yeast that we use. It’s surprisingly drinkable, and we mean that in a good way.
