In the classic hymn "Ode to Joy" it says, "All creatures drink joy from nature's breast." We gotta believe Mother Nature's milk tastes like hops! This DIPA has 92 IBU's with plenty of citrus and pine flavor, but drinks very balanced due to the abundance of Maris Otter malt used in the brewing.
