Summertime Ale is a Kolsch-style ale, light, crisp and refreshing – perfect during the hot summer, yet great on a brisk fall afternoon or a sunny winter's day - Summertime anytime! With a subtle fruit aroma, a hint of hops, a soft malt character and a slight dryness with a delicate pucker in the finish, this beer brings hints of summer all year around. 4.9% ABV, 23 IBUs. Best enjoyed fresh – drink it now, do not age. Store at 33F. Serve at 37-42F in a Kolsch glass (very similar to that used for a Tom Collins) or a pilsner glass.
