A reddish-brown ale brewed with a host of specialty malts; slowly soured in tank with our house lactobacillus strain, then fermented with ale yeast; following fermentation, the brew was matured for 12 weeks on 120 pounds of strawberries; fruit forward, richly-malted & vibrantly tart on the palate
