International Pale Ale -Technique Double Pale Ale uses groundbreaking experimental hops & methods to give you a great aroma and depth. Don't expect a hoppy juice bomb. What grabs you about Technique is waves of smooth pine/forest/sharp red fruitiness, and a very, very special sweet earthiness that defies description. We use odd but great hops indeed! Our one-of-a-kind equipment stews hops in a 170* portion of the FINISHED beer and uses an uber high secondary dry-hopping fermentation pressure of 60 psi with 2 yeast strains....that is a partial glimpse of the unique methods in Technique DPA.
