Every summer the local Bloatarian Brewing League homebrew club holds a big competition known as Beer and Sweat. This year we decided to brew a full size production batch in co-operation with the Best of Show winner. Brian Jackson's Saison won over the judges and so he came into the brewery to brew a batch of it with us. Copious amounts of Pilsner malt combine with wheat and Vienna malts to create a crisp Saison that we are glad to say is "award-winning".
