An unquenchable yen for exploration and sensory trysts drives a never-ending array of hop varietals into our single-hop lager. Each time we brew this beer, we utilize a different hop—be it Old World, New World or experimental—in an effort to best understand and appreciate each varietal’s unique characteristics.
