This bottle conditioned sparkling New England styled cider (fermented with Brown Sugar and Raisins) is a reserve blend. A much stronger and longer held version of our classic Hogshead cider. Matured on French and American Oak and aged for over 2 years before bottling, this blend balances a healthy amount of Stayman-Winesap with other heirloom late season apples, such as Crab and Winter Banana with new world desert apples like Fuji and Empire.
