Our Imperial Coffee Porter was brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Takoma Beverage Co. in Takoma Park, MD. We used 50 pounds of Banko Gotiti, a natural sundried coffee from Ethiopia -- ground, bagged, & steeped in the wort after boiling.
