A funk-forward Farmhouse Ale brewed with Pacific Gem, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops; fermented for 5 weeks by a mix of Pacific ale yeast & brettanomyces claussenii, then lightly dry-hopped with the orbit proprietary blend of new zealand-grown hops (2014 harvest blend); round, yet dry on the palate with insistent notes of lemon Starburst, grapefruit zest & verdant earth in the nose.
