The Roustabout is our big IPA. Medium in body and pale in color, it’s a deceptively strong beer with an intense hop-character highlighted by pronounced notes of citrus and pine.
The bitterness is well-balanced leading to a dry finish that makes this an exceptionally quaffable imperial IPA.
We aim to brew The Roustabout twice a year and it never lasts long, making it something to seek out when it’s available. It’s list of accolades includes a gold medal at the 2013 Double IPA Festival at The Bistro in Hayward, California.
