A collaboration beer that was formulated with our good friends of the Big O and Dukes show. This Imperial Porter is Pale malt based with crystal, Chocolate and black malts to provide robust chocolate and caramel flavors. Of course we decided to add 200 pounds of North Carolina sweet potatoes in the mash. Assertive kettle additions of Columbus and Centennial hops then finished with fresh vanilla bean and Molasses. Hang up and listen!
