Never being a fan of commercially available pumpkin beers we set out define the style our way. This beer is brewed with real pumpkin in the mash and while it has notes of sweetness it is not overpowering. The spices are balanced to be noticed but not overpowering. We use deeper crystal malts to carry the pumpkin flavor and boosted the abv for a nice warming affect.
