Tomorrow Doppel Pils is our wet hopped pilsner. It has an assertive final hopping from freshly cut hops that were overnighted to The Herkimer and brewed with that day. This brew is double decocted with more malt than the typical pilsner. Alcohol is above average but diguised by soft malt creaminess, floral aromas and a subtle swetness. Enjoy!
