Maple Aged Brett Pale
A brett fermented Belgian pale ale with a strong malt backbone and cascade hops. The Brett yeast adds a twist that brightens the flavor and adds a hint of funk. This batch sat for three months on new Sugar Maple wood to add hints of toast and syrup that enhance the nose and round out the malt character.
