True to form, our Trilobite Tripel uses pilsen and crystal malt, German Tettnanger hops and light Belgian candy sugar. Citrus and banana esters with slight clove phenols give way to a soft malt with balanced sweetness and hop bitterness, finishing dry and slightly spicy.
