Trubbel boasts the strength and spiciness of a tripel and the rich malt character of a dubbel. We brew this uncommon ale with a classic Belgian yeast strain, dark Belgian candi sugar, and a unique blend of specialty malts, producing subtle biscuit, chocolate, and caramel overtones.
