A funky Belgian Ale inspired by the Flemish poet Guido Gezelle’s poem “Twee Horsen” (1896); spiced with marash peppers, grains of paradise & Belgian endive, dosed with tablesalt, aged on medium-toast oak spirals, finished with brettanomyces lambicus & matured for 10 weeks in stainless steel tanks; brewed in collaboration with Garrett Oliver (Brooklyn Brewery) & Peter Bouckaert (New Belgium Brewing Company).
