Valley Farmhouse IPA is a cross between a Belgian and an American IPA. Belgian yeast is used in this hopped up "Saison Nouveau" to deliver a great hop punch along with that classic funk that you've come to enjoy. Grains of Paradise, Green Peppercorns, Lemon Grass, and Lemon Peel are introduced to the boil at the last moment to deliver a very spicy and unique aroma and flavor profile.
