Pale Ale was the first beer, Herslev Bryghus sent on the market, and it is still one of our most popular beer in the range. Pale Ale is now organic and will be brewed with Herslev barley malt from local fields. We have selected bygsorten and certainly the malting the grain must have. Pale Ale has a nice ravgylden color and a fresh and fruity scent. Beer is soft and round with a full-bodied taste, and a hint of hops gives an aromatic and customize the bitterness in the aftertaste. Pale Ale is a beer with aroma and taste in perfect balance.
