2015 Vernal Dichotomous explores the floral aromas of spring by returning to the practice of bière de coupage. Young beer refermented with freshly harvested local kumquats was blended with mature barrel stock brewed with rosemary, spearmint, and lavender in 2012. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% naturally conditioned.
