A Belgian Style Strong Ale that was aged and soured naturally in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 10 months. The rich red wine aroma and a slight tartness from the souring is balanced by the residual sweetness common to strong ales. Surprisingly smooth for such a big beer.
