Voodoo Bear Porter is a robust porter brewed as our winter seasonal. It is clean and dry at 6.3% abv. There’s a nice depth of chocolatey and caramel flavors from a blend of chocolate malts. The hops are noble, floral and subtle but present. It would go well with bolder flavored food pairings, smoked meat and slow cooked BBQ, blackened fish and chicken dishes.
