Brewed in conjunction with Market in Raleigh, this beer is made with locally grown barley, locally harvested lemon balm, and local honey for a unique farm-to-glass beer. Light and spritzy with notes of lemon and a late palate full of complex floral honey; it is incredibly dry and goes perfectly with a summer afternoon or a rich, delicious dinner.
