Brewed in the traditions of rural Wallonia (that’s southern Belgium – we’re dropping some knowledge on you!), this ale utilizes unique strains of yeast and bacteria that are native to the region. The flavors created during fermentation have been described as tart, sour, or barnyard (but in a good way). Lightly hopped and clear burgundy in color.
