We brewed the perfect twist on a great summertime beer with our friends at KW2! We start with our pale gold, medium bodied Saison and then infused it with peach blossom tea and lavender grown at Olbrich Botanical Gardens. Hallertau Blanc dry hopping and our Belgian yeast create a beautiful fruity floral aroma.
