This beer gets body from more than 51.5% unmalted grain- the result is a hazy look with a clean bready finish. The wort, pronounced wert, was given a lacto rest and Devil’s Teeth sourdough starter adds tart flavor. The sterling hops are pleasantly earthy to compliment the clove esters produced by the yeast.
