We took our Bavarian Weizen and brewed it to Barley Wine strength. This high alcohol southern Germany wheat beer has a fruity complexity and an AVB of 9.5%. While wheat beers are great in summer, the Wheat Wine is a great beer to transition into the crisp autumn evenings.
