A summer wheat for all occasions, Wheat’s Up has a great spicy/ fruity character paired with a soft malt palate and that refreshing wheat twang. A subtle grist ensures that the flavor of coriander will enhance the character of this brew. After fermentation the beer is dry hopped and spiced with Palisade hops and Paradise Seeds. Each of the spices is ground seconds before being added to the brew to ensure freshness.
