An untraditional marriage of American wheat yeast, Canadian grain, & Belgian style spices. Unfiltered. Derives most of its flavor from spices and a special yeast strain, which gives it a banana/clove type flavor.
Made with a large percentage of wheat, which gives the beer a lighter mouthfeel than beers made with all barley. The difference between German style and Belgian style wheat beers is that the Belgian wheats are spiced with orange peel and coriander, which gives it a chewy, spicy flavor.
