The Doppelbock is a German-style lager. Named in honor of the Tom and Emily 95.1 WIIL Rock morning show, who have broadcasted live here for the past 9 years on St. Paddy's Day, and drank their fare share on air. A lot of grain is used in the production of bock beers which creates maltiness and a higher percentage of alcohol. The Doppelbock is a little darker than the Maibock and contain notes of chocolate in the flavor. Go easy on this beer it sneaks up on you. Tom never does and let me tell you it never ends well. Doors open for St. Paddy's Day at 7:00am. Free Irish breakfast from 7:30-9:30.
