Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailWIP - Wheat India Pale - Select Series

Our WIP is a traditional German style wheat beer with lots of American hops added. It is made with 50% malted wheat and 50% malted barley. The wheat gives a distinctive flavor and a light hazy color. The German ale yeast gives banana and clove-like aroma and flavor. The beer is then hopped and dry hopped with a combination of Apollo, Cascade, Amarillo and Palisade hops. This gives the beer a pleasant hop aroma and flavor that blends well with the traditional flavors of a hefeweizen.
