The wheat beer is brewed from Emelisse in German style in which a substantial portion of the barley is substituted for wheat. This top fermented Hefeweizen beer is therefore much softer in taste than the Belgian variant. Emelisse white beer is an unfiltered wheat beer that is tempted many times.
Tip of the brewer: forget the slice of lemon, which does not need this beer!
