This is our Second Anniversary Ale, a Belgian Golden Strong, soured with Brettanomyces yeast in oak barrels for three months. Wooden Spoke Two starts with a sour nose leading into a light body with mild sour notes and a Belgian fruit character. Finishes dry – this one dried all the way out in the barrel.
