don’t let the name fool you, this is a smooth sessionable English Pale Ale. British Maris Otter malt, and a hint of Continental caramel malt provides a bready malt backbone and East Kent Goldings hops provide the flavorful hop nose. Characterful English yeast leaves a slightly fruity taste that pairs well with the sweet, spicy, floral hops. Balance is to bitterness, but does not overpower the malt flavor, esters and hop flavors of this English classic.
