Mild ale as in mild hop bitterness where malt flavor dominates and is highly sessionable with low alcohol allowing you to drink many but stay vertical. Our Mild features a light yet complex caramel, toffee and nutty flavor and aroma. It has a beautiful crystal clear copper color with an off white head and medium body. This beer pairs well with hearty foods like grilled steak, roast pork, smoked sausage but does especially well with Mexican and spicy foods.
