A secchi disk is a round, alternating black and white disk that is lowered into the water until it can no longer be seen. This depth of disappearance is called the secchi depth and it's a measure of the transparency of the water. Our lovely, hazy Secchi Disk Saison is golden in color with a delightful milky white head. Notes of mineral water, tropical fruits and spices give way to a clean, dry finish.
