Inspired by New England IPAs, this brew imparts juicy hints of mango, peach, pear and citrus aroma, with a silky oat finish. We used a healthy dose of spelt and oats and dry hopped with copious amounts of Mosaic, Ekuanot and other exotic hop varieties.
