Brewed in the Berliner Weiss style with all Imported malts and Northwestern hops. Brew is allowed to undergo a lactic fermentation in the kettle for 48 hrs. Lactobacillus is added which reduces the PH of the wort and adds acidity and sourness. The brew is then boiled along with hops as usual and fermented with our house strain ale yeast. Tart and delicious flavor profile featuring a pale straw color and a white pillowy head. Limited release, available in select markets only.
