Texas-grown raw wheat and Texas Pils malt from Texas barley all kept the beer strictly Texan. A team of local brewers foraged local plants like honeysuckle and lemongrass with the final addition of bottlebrush, Texas sage, and Bay Laurel from San Antonio Botanical Gardens.
