This limited release 70 IBU DIPA was created to commemorate the Ellicott City Music Festival. A large Simcoe influence in the kettle is complimented by loads of Citra and El Dorado hops. The hop profile is quite grassy with a great deal of peach undertones in both the flavor profile and aroma. The combination of Belgian Pils malt with flaked oats and wheat provides you with a soft mouthfeel that finishes moderately dry.
