We employ an intensive decoction mash that contributes to the beer’s full body and rich color. Cold fermentation and lengthy secondary conditioning produce a brilliant beer that highlights the flavor of the spicy Saaz hops. Perfection in a glass, Pilz is a simple beer done well.
